Support

There are several mechanisms in place to provide support to the CHAI3D community, each with its own purpose: the HTML documentation, the examples, and email. It is important to pick the right resource to reduce response time, avoid message duplication, and promote the discussion of new ideas.

Documentation

When something goes wrong, the HTML documentation is your first stop. In addition to the readme.txt files included with every release and module, the documentation pages contain two key resources that you should consult: the overview section and the FAQ. Solutions to many common problems are covered in these pages.

Examples

If the HTML documentation doesn't address your problem, please review the different examples that come with CHAI3D. They are organized in numerical order and cover of all of the important features implemented in the framework. Each example is extensively documented and focuses on a selection of important concepts.

Forum

If you have any other questions, or if you cannot find what you are looking for in the resources provided with the CHAI3D installation files, please consult the forum.
